Ideal machine for filling and sealing preformed flat bags or upright bags.
The fill-seal machines are designed around an intermittent rotary carousel. Attached to this carousel are grippers, from which the preformed bags hang. As the carousel rotates, the bags pass a series of stations which each performs a certain task, such as opening the bag, filling and sealing.
Depending on the specific application (fresh, atmospheric or vacuum) or product (liquid, solid or powder form), the product passes 8, 9 or 10 stations.
This machine can also be used to fill a combination of solid and liquid products, such as pet food, ready meals, olives in brine, etc.
