The MILANO slicers for salamis, sausages and similar products can cut sausages, cheeses, and both meat and fish products at rates of 10 to 75 slices per minute. The ideal slicing temperature is from -2°C to +5°C. The width of the slices can be from 0.2mm to a maximum of 7mm., as desired and, thanks to the convenient automated adjustment of the slices on the conveyor using the control panel, it is possible to modify the arrangement of the slices into offset or stacked groups.
SECTOR SIMPLEX range of multiblade slicers can, in a single, four-second cycle, cut entire pieces of fish, poultry and meat into slices of equal width, eliminating nearly all waste. Our machines can rapidly slice seafood salads, squid rings, cuttlefish, squid, octopus, beef, poultry and fish steaks with a notable saving in time and costs. The width of the slices can be set from 6 to 50 mm. by simply and easily replacing the blade die. The SECTOR SIMPLEX range is manufactured entirely from AISI 304 bacteria-resistant stainless steel, fitted with protective equipment for maximum safety, and are so easy to use they can be operated by non-specialist personnel. The areas that come into contact with food are easily inspected and cleaned, supporting a full washdown of the machine as required by EU and US laws. The machines can be fitted with an optional internal pressure washer. Our SECTOR SIMPLEX slicers therefore provide high productivity with reduced labour requirements, cutting both production time and costs.
SECTORMATIC automatic multiblade slicers can cut identical slices of turkey rump, fresh meat, pork belly, tripe, cooked products and more. The sliced product remains compact, allowing even a single pre-sliced item to be packaged. The machines can be inserted into any production line, without any additional labour cost, and are supplied complete with both input and output conveyor belts. For continuous cycle production, our machines can be linked to heat formers or any other kind of packaging / conveying system, notably reducing production costs. The width of the slices can be set by simply replacing the blade die. CRM AUTOMATIC MINCED MEAT
The CRM automatic minced meat portioning line efficiently prepares trays with predefined portions of perfectly ground mincemeat. The CRM grinding machine ensures perfect beef, pork and chicken minced meat. The minced meat is cut by a guillotine blade operated by a reflection photocell that determines its length and weight. A conveyor belt transports the meat to the trays in perfect synchronisation with the transfer conveyor system and the tray denester. Thanks to the tray denester the CRM automatic minced meat portioning system is a completely autonomous industrial solution. The system is compatible with all types of plastic, polyethylene or polystyrene trays, which can be easily interchanged. It can be connected to a sealing machine. It complies with hygiene criteria in continuous operation. The line is controlled by a single operator via an electronic control panel. CRM automatic minced meat portioning line complies with EC regulations.

This machine is designed to select and deposit trays onto single or multiple transfer conveyors, entirely automatically. It can be used in combination with all CRM products, or those by other manufacturers. The transfer conveyors have adjustable lengths
Key features of this machine are: Easy changing of the forms. This can be done without dismantling any part of the machine, using only quick and simple adjustments. The range also supports different tray heights using an adjustable system, designed by CRM to be equally easy to use by all operators. All of the ETD's functions, such as speed, form change, etc., are controlled through a touch-screen. In addition, any machines to which the ETD is connected can also be controlled through the touch-screen.
