Henderson Food Machinery offer the following machinery

Semi Automatic End Load Cartoner  

The machine carton magazine is loaded with flat blanks.

The machines rotary erector selects a blank on demand and erects it into the moving flight chains.

The carton flaps are spread and passed by the product load area ready for the carton to be filled manually.

The carton is then automatically folded sealed and ejected through driven outfeed belts..

Fully Automatic End Load Cartoner

Product is loaded into the machines infeed conveyor either manually or automatically. 

The machine detects the products and automatically selects and erects a carton from the carton magazine. 

The product is then automatically loaded into the opened carton and the carton is folded, glued and sealed. 

The finished product is then ejected from the end of the machine wide edge leading. 

The fully automatic machine can be supplied complete with an integral product transfer system to accept random supply of product from the line and feed directly into the machine.

Ideal for use in many industries from contract packers, bakeries, ready meals, seafood, meat cutting plants, desserts, vegetables, fruit and many more sectors

Henderson Food Machinery offer the following machinery

Two Flap Sealer The operator manually loads the product into the cartons and places the cartons into the machine infeed rails. The operator then pushes the cartons forward into the machine.The cartons are detected and applied with hot melt glue and automatically folded and sealed.

Continuous Two Flap Sealer? The operator manually loads the product into the cartons and places the cartons into the machine infeed conveyor. The machine then applies hot melt glue and automatically folds and seals the carton. The cartons are then ejected from the machine by the driven discharge outfeed belts.

Semi Automatic Preglued Sleever? The machine's sleeve magazine is loaded with standard pre glued five crease sleeves. The machine selects a sleeve on demand and opens it into a forming tool. The machine then passes the opened sleeve by a product load area ready for filling manually or automatically. The sleeved product is then ejected in line through discharge belts.

Wrap Around Sleever? The machine accepts random supply of products from the line, automatically selects, and loads the required number into the machine. A sleeve is selected from the sleeve magazine and placed directly on the products. The sleeve is then automatically folded and glued. The sealed sleeve is then ejected through driven discharge belts.

Tray Erector? The machine automatically selects a flat blank from the magazine and transfers it under the glue applicator guns. Hot melt glue is applied and the blank is delivered under the forming head. The forming tool erects the finished carton which is then ejected from the bottom of the mould and dropped onto either an offend chute or conveyor.

 Top Load Carton Erector? The machine automatically selects a flat blank from the magazine and transfers it under the glue applicator guns. Hot melt glue is applied and the blank is delivered under the forming head. The forming tool erects the finished carton which is then ejected from the bottom of the mould and dropped onto either an offend chute or conveyor.

Henderson Food Machinery offer the following machinery

Semi Automatic Pre-Glued Sleever 

The machine sleeve magazine is loaded with flat preglued sleeves. 

The machine cycles continuously and on demand selects and erects the flat sleeves. 

The erected sleeves are then passed by the operator loading area where the product is pushed from the infeed conveyor across and into the open sleeve by the operator. 

The finished product is then ejected from the end of the machine wide edge leading.

Fully Automatic Pre-Glued Sleever 

Product is loaded into the machines infeed conveyor either manually or automatically.

The machine detects the products and selects and erects a sleeve from the sleeve magazine. 

The product is then automatically loaded into the opened sleeve. 

The finished product is then ejected from the end of the machine wide edge leading. 

The fully automatic machine can be supplied complete with an integral product transfer system to accept random supply of product from the line feed directly into the machine.

Wraparound Sleever 

The machine accepts random supply of product from the line, automatically selects and loads the required number into the machine. 

A sleeve is then selected from the sleeve magazine and placed directly on the product. 

The sleeve is folded around the products, applied with glue and sealed. 

The finished pack is then ejected through driven discharge belts.
