This range of multi blade slicers can in a single four second cycle cut an entire piece of meat into slices of equal width, eliminating nearly all waste. 200 slices per minute of beef, de boned pork loin, best of end veal, or turkey rump. The width of the slices can be set from 6 to 50 mm
AISI 304 Stainless Steel that is bacteria resistant , and are so easy to use that they can be operated by non specialist personnel. Food areas are easily inspected and cleaned, supporting a full wash down of the machine.
