Ilpra Fill Seal 2000

FS 2000

ILPRA Fill Seal 2000 is a filling and closing machine with rotary table

Automatic machine able to fill and package liquid and doughy products

Suitable for small productions

Constructed from Stainless steel and anodized aluminium.

All the main drive is mechanical

High precision in working

Easy to use and maintain

This model is able to carry out up to 1500 cycles per hour, by filling and closing yogurt in 125 cc  cups.

Output can change according to the products and the required filling capacity

The FS 2000 model is available in 2 versions, the standard one can work with pre-cut lids, the Film version works with film coming from a reel. In the latter case the machine can be equipped with a printed top web system to correctly place the printed film on the tray.

Ilpra Fill Seal 2500 Machine

ILPRA Fill Seal 2500 is a filling and closing machine equipped with a turntable

Suitable for small and medium productions, constructed from Stainless steel and anodized aluminium. All the main drive is mechanical, high precision in working and very easy to use and easy to maintain.

These models are ideal for packaging liquids and doughy products such as yogurt, sauces, jam, soup, etc. The product is filled into pre-formed cups made in PS, PP, APET CPET, aluminium and laminated cardboard, which are then compatible with either pre-cut lids, plastic or foil that are sealed or lidded with lids.

Also available is Fill Seal Film version which seals and cuts film coming from the reel and these range of machines are available in sealing only or with vacuum/gas facilities to extend the product shelf life. All models can be made both seal or V/G
