The Systemate Deboner machine is suitable for chicken breasts without backbone, with or without skin.
It Is ideal for meats such as Poultry, beef and lamb and can be used to remove the bones from fillets, drumstick, breast, backbone, thighs, ribs etc.
The Systemate Deboner Mechanically debones anatomical thighs at a maximum capacity of 2,400 products per hour.
The thighs are supplied to the stand-alone machine by using e.g. a belt conveyor.
