Deighton EconoFry Fryer is  Gas Heated 

The product passes between the bottom conveyor and adjustable hold down conveyor (supplied as standard), ensuring continuous submersion in the cooking oil at all times, along the length of the fryer.

Cooking time and temperature are completely adjustable, enabling the producer to finely adjust the appearance and level of readiness of each individual product.

Complete with oil level detection and automatic low level cut-out system, removable conveyor unit and hinged element enclosures

The Deighton EconoFry is the versatile, cost effective frying solution for small, medium and large producers.

The digitally controlled heating and continuous conveyor system ensures a wide variety of products are fried to a consistently high standard. Having the ability to flash fry or fully cook 

The Deighton EconoFry is suitable for a vast array of produce from spring rolls, onion bhaji's and falafel to fish fingers, burgers and chicken nuggets.

Fryers can be supplied with the following at extra cost:

Teflon Infeed: Adjustable angle for the frying of battered or delicate products.

Sediment Removal System: A scraper system which removes sediment from the tank bottom.

Oil Filtration: Continuous filtering system to enhance product finish and lengthen oil life. Hoists: Manual 

Storage Tank: A tank situated underneath the fryer for the storage of oil either overnight or when cleaning. Supplied with a pump for refilling of the fryer

Deighton Econorobe applies high quality coverage of numerous batters and marinades for a wide variety of product options. The system is ideal for meat, fish, ethnic and vegetable produce, and has been designed to handle a variety of batters and marinades, inclusive of tempura style batters.

The ease of switching batters between production runs, allows the producer the freedom to maximise production efficiencies throughout the entire product range!

Ease of operation is a key feature of the Deighton EconoRobe. A set of easy to use controls operates the motorised conveyor which passes the product through the system.

As product travels along the conveyor it is fully submerged into a tank of batter. A weighted top conveyor assists to channel the product through the tank, ensuring that the product remains completely immersed in the batter or marinade at all times. As the product leaves the tank an air knife removes any excess batter, presenting the product for the next processing or packaging stage.

A variable speed dial enables the operator to increase or decrease the speed of the belt as required.

Deighton EconoCrumb has been developed to make the automated process of crumbing formed or batter coated product accessible to the medium volume producer.

Designed to handle numerous types of crumb, including Japanese style crumb, the EconoCrumb unit enables the operator to enjoy maximum versatility within his product range.

Simple & Smooth Operation: Operating from a three phase supply, the EconoCrumb can be installed as a stand alone production unit or as a link to the forming or batter coating process.

A single control panel operates the motorised conveyor that transfers the product through the unit.

The conveyor is submerged in a bed of crumb, ensuring that as product passes along the conveyor a even, coating is applied to the underside of the product.

The conveyor moves the product through the crumb curtain showering a consistently accurate coating to the remaining areas.

The fully coated produce proceeds to pass underneath a compressing roller which gently compacts the crumb around the product.

In its final stage the fan blows the excess crumb from the product, presenting the product for packing or further processing.
