Deighton Burger Former
HFM have a wide range of Deighton Formatic Machinery including the Deighton Formatic. The R2200/360 series is capable of forming a variety of products including meat, fish, poultry, bakery, ready meals, baby food and pet food. These products can be turned into a range of shapes and sizes to meet your specific production needs.
The Deighton Formatic is the ideal machine for a range of manufacturers or factories such as butchers, supermarkets, fishmongers, poultry industry, bakeries and many more food industry manufacturers.
The R2200/360 Burger Former is capable of forming products from small product volumes to larger volume production, meeting your specific production needs.
The Deighton Formatic is suitable for a range of textures and consistencies. The synchronised paddles gently press the mixture into the desired shape, the wire drum scraper assists the product to be smoothly ejected onto the conveyor, presenting it to the product user safely.
Product Description:
The Deighton machine is capable of completing a single form in one cycle increasing productivity to 2200 forms per hour. If the product fits 2 forms the machine can produce up to 4400 forms per hour.
In order to meet your specific production needs, inside the drum is a spiral camera, allowing you the user to adjust the thickness of the product. The Deighton R2200/360 is supplied with the standard conveyor belt but can be supplied with the extended 750mm conveyor depending on your needs.
The Deighton Burger Former can also be supplied with paper interleaving, a foot pedal, trolley and a variable speed conveyor to help increase productivity and reduce labour costs.
A standard 18 litre hopper is attached to the Deighton machine, HFM can supply hoppers up to 200 litres.
The Deighton R2200/360 is easy to clean and maintain, this helping reduces labour costs and boost productivity.

The Deighton C4000/360 Burger Former is capable of producing 4,000 forms per hour. In comparison the Deighton C4000/180 can produce 8,000 forms per hour. The difference in forms each hour is due to the drum refilling the forms every 180 degrees, therefore is capable of producing double the amount than the 360 drum can.
In addition to the previous products, the Deighton C4000 is also successful forming cookies, shortbread, flapjacks, Christmas pudding and other bakery products. The Deighton machine is also beneficial for producing butter portions in both the catering and ready meal industry.
