Porlanmaz Mini Deck Oven
With the Mini Deck Oven each deck can be operated independently.
Both the time and temperature of steam can be adjusted for each deck, allowing the user to bake different sorts of product in each deck
For fermentation there is a Fermentation cabinet and both its temperature and humidity can be adjusted
Can be used as a single deck or modular and if required an extra deck can be added also Chimney Hood and Fermentation Cabinet
It provides low energy consumption
It is also on wheels and a stand can be supplied
