Pebock Washing Machines are made of stainless steel

The machine is equipped with a tank and a low pressure pump which means the high water volume and low pressure, soften the dirt and it is washed off efficiently.

There are also special filters and the integrated drainage and overflow system.

This system is equipped with a rinsing ring which is supplied with fresh water.

The containers are conveyed through the system by means of a sliding rod system. It can be set at two different speeds.

The Pebock Continuous-Flow Washing Machine consists of a washing module which is carried out using recirculated water.

Freshwater is used for the rinsing cycle.

The Pebock machine has a rotary pump with adjustable nozzles which is used to dispense the washing aid to the products in order for them to be cleaned.

The rotary pump is also equipped with a dry-run protection.

An automatic dosing system is offered as an option.

The rinsing water also regenerates the washing aid.

A chain drive is used to feed the containers through the machine, these are fed through lengthwise.
