Stainless Steel Decorating Heads incorporating plain tubes or star tubes can be manufactured to deposit a unique and individual finish to savoury products, cakes, gateaux and most bakery products. Food quality nylon decorating heads can also be manufactured, creating a wider diversity of unique patterns and even more complex decorating options.
The MINI-METERITE MR150 series depositor is fitted with a standard product cylinder giving a weight range of 2-150 ml. The weight control is easily adjusted in seconds. The machine is available with a standard 14 litre or 28 litre conical hopper, however common hoppers with multiple outlets can be supplied (for multi lane systems). A total of 250 mm of height adjustment is available when the unit is fitted to the telescopic stand. An intermediate height stand can be supplied for use with the flexible handgun outlet. The MD65 series Micro Depositor was designed to complement the existing range of Apple depositors, particularly to offer unbelievable accuracy over a small deposit range and provide a speed uncommon in most volumetric filling machines. BORDER FREE PIZZA SYSTEM
Apple Food Systems designed and manufactured the world's first successful "Border Free" pizza sauce depositing and spreading system. It was the result of many months research and exhaustive tests and is now part of their innovative range of machinery, all built to the most exacting standards. Many manufacturers offer systems which can spread only smooth puree type sauces onto flat bases. The Apple System offers the versatility of depositing particulates sauce as well as smooth sauces onto uneven and flat pizza bases.

The MR150 Series Depositing Unit is particularly adept at depositing every type of batter, with or without the inclusion of cherries, blueberries & currants etc.
The MR150 Series Depositing Unit can be supplied as a free standing, individual machine for manual operation, i.e. the operator would present the baking trays to the depositor and initiate each deposit by means of a foot pedal. The machine can be incorporated into an automated production line, also designed and manufactured by Apple Food Systems.
All types of smooth free flowing fillings can be handled, including aerated cream fillings, chocolate sauces, jams, custards and syrups. When incorporated into an automated production line the single machine can be mounted at proximity centres (minimum 50 mm) upon a common support frame with outlet nozzles positioned to suit the configuration of the baking tray.
For the more dedicated production lines, the machine is offered in a common drive arrangement with the centres of the outlets as close as 50 mm. Electronic menu selection for varying products to be deposited is available as standard. Both options of depositing unit offer the user extremely accurate depositing with targets of +/- 0.5 grams being easily achieved. If batter is to be deposited directly into baking trays, Apple Food Systems offer release agent spray systems to suit all production capacities, manual or automatic. If paper cases are to be filled, Apple Food Systems can offer paper cup dispensers for the automated processes. For post bake filling or topping of muffins, Apple have a range of injection and depositing equipment to suit every need. Whether you require top injection, top decoration, side injection or even injection from beneath, Apple have it all. The range of equipment offered is designed and manufactured to the same high standards as the proven range of depositors produced by Apple Food Systems. One of the attractive features of the multi-pitch tray indexing track is the ability to process trays with varying insert configurations. The indexing pitch required is simply programmed into the operator interface panel built into the main control panel. Once each tray configuration is programmed, the program is then saved into the menu selection screen within the operator panel for future use. The tray indexing track can provide an indexing rate of up to 30 indexes per minute which, if processing a six across tray configuration creates an impressive 180 products per minute. The design of the machine, with 12-gauge stainless steel folded "C" section side plates, and integral guarding of the drive belt, provides the highest safety standards and maximum accessibility for hygiene requirements.
