Francis Overall Carrot Baton Machine
A semi automatic Baton Machine in all Stainless steel. This machine is suitable for elongated products such as carrots, courgettes, cucumbers and parsnips.
A carousel feed system presents the product to the Baton grid, where pre Cutting blades automatically cut the product to length as well as removing the top and Bottom (tail) of the product, giving a clean cut and uniform finish.
The machine is capable of 3,600 cycles an hour.
JC Slither Remover
The Slither Remover machines are a good solution to remove waste slithers from Baton, diced, sliced and chipping processes, removing imperfections and producing a clean finish
The rollers are adjustable, even during processing. All of the rollers on the Slither Remover have the same rotation direction and are provided with a swing ring, creating good movement and a nice overall spreading of the products , very important when achieving the best sorting result.
The product is then transported over the rollers to the output, a process done very carefully, ensuring no damage is done to the product.
Water is collected underneath the Slither Remover and can be removed from there
The Slither Remover also comes with a spraying pipe, to spray over the rollers removing any sticky parts
