The sanitising tunnel has a lift off stainless steel tunnel hood for ease of access / maintenance complete with curtains to each end of tunnel.
Hood terminates at wall of low care environment to provide hygiene barrier
All legs complete with adjustable feet and bolt down facility.
It has an End Drive motor/gearbox IP65 rated complete with stainless steel motor cover
Control panel IP67 rated, mounted on side complete with all necessary controls
Stop/reset, stop illuminated button, Tank Low level LED, door interlocked isolator, emergency stop, belt speed control potentiometer & out feed sensor Off /On switch. 24v Control Circuits

Infeed sensor starts spray bar and conveyor when product passes.

Stainless steel tub Excess flow cascades to recirculation tank via mesh filter on top of tank
Tank fitted with high- and low-level sensors and tank drain valve
Dosatron, chemical dosing unit with adjustable dose rate of 0.2% - 2.0%
Auto top up via mains connection to solenoid valve, non-return valve & Dosatron.
Filter element, 50 micron, between pump and spray bar to protect nozzles
Control valve fitted to regulate flow to spray nozzles Infeed and out feed gravity tracks
Hex head with Aerotight fixings used throughout fully assembled and tested prior to despatch
