The Metalbud Nowicki MA-500 PS Vacuum Tumbler is the ideal machine for brine or marinading tumbling beef, pork, lamb, fish, chicken and meat.

This Nowicki Tumbler is the perfect machine for a range of manufacturers to meet their business needs. This includes butchers, fishmongers, poultry industry and many more. We have a variety of machinery to meet your needs.

The Metalbud Nowicki MA-500 is an efficient machine, the user of the machine can easily open the tumbler by twisting the door handle, allowing them to place their products inside the tumbler. The vacuum tumbler will gently rotate round allowing the product to be fully marinaded, the product will then be released into a collecting unit. This allows the machine user to safely collect the products once they have been marinaded.

Product Description:

The Medtalbud Nowicki Tumbler is constructed from stainless steel, allowing the machine to be easily maintained and cleaned. This then allows greater productivity as less time is spent maintaining the machinery.

The use of helicoidal blade system provides versatility to the marinade solution and aids the efficiency of the machinery for the product user. The micropressor control system allows the machine user control of the tumbler enhancing the safety of the machine and allows the user to meet the specific needs of their business.

The Metalbud Nowicki Tumbler has an automatic system for the vacuum control allowing the machine user control and maintenance over the desired vacuum pressure. In order to protect the vacuum pump a multistage system is incorporated into the tumbler.

A technological port, brine conscription valve, computer monitoring system and a pulsating vacuum are all incorporated into the Metalbud Nowicki Tumbler ensuring greater productivity and efficiency of the machinery.

Gas options are also available for the MA-500 machinery - Co2, Nitrogen.

The Hiwell Inline Crust Freezer blends the water and air together to ensure an even layer of ice is formed on the product surface. The Crust Freezer will create a fog which is then spread onto the surface of the product, this keeps the water from excessively vaporising when when cooling. This ensure fresh and tender products.

Even coating adds approximately 2-5% to product weight.

Hiwell Freezer uses SIEMENS to ensure electrical parts are safe and reliable, ensuring safety to the end user. The inline crust freezer is grade IP65 protecting it against water projected from a nozzle.
