MHS Compact Slicer
The MHS Compact slicer is versatile, powerful and compact, whilst also having a small footprint.
With this Compact slicer you can cut a range of items from sausages, bacon, cheese to cooked formed meat and poultry products.
This machine has a motor for both, the blade and blade head. Allowing for the cutting ratio to be adapted to suit the specific needs for each product individually.
Due to the compact machine design, and touchscreen there is an increased ease of use and fast operation. Whilst the circular blade accounts for the highest quality cut.
The MHS Compact Slicer has a wide infeed cross section of 300 x 150 mm, with a slicing speed of up to 400 rpm.
Numerous functions such as shingling, endless shingling, stacking and staggered stacking are also encompassed in this model. Therefore, creating excellent slicing results through the adaptability of the cutting ratio. The adjustable side lay and cutting frame also help ensure optimal position of the product.
Slices can be fresh or chilled (up to -4°C): sausages, salami, cheese, ham, bacon, meat.

Minimum end piece. The ability to slice almost all products without conversion. The intuitive, and easy to understand operation of the machine with programming assistant. Low maintenance design, alongside tool-less conversion of the cutting frame, gripper and down holder.
Maximum hygiene due to:
No heat sources under the product infeed and outfeed. The stainless steel housing, and open design allowing for easy access to ease the cleaning process. As well as a front door for easy cleaning of blade and slicing chamber, on top of further access to other functional parts of the MHS Compact Slicer.
