MHS Basic Bread Slicer
MHS Basic Bread Slicer is a fundamental and an essential piece of equipment for your bakery. This piece of equipment is fully automatic, therefore the MHS basic bread slicer has an increased ease of use when it comes to operation.
With the gate cutting machine, there is increased efficiency as you can save up to 50% cleaning time in comparison to conventional gate cutting machines.
Due to having a soft feed with an alternative of 2 power stages, you can achieve good quality, quiet cutting and particularly careful slicing. Also increasing ease of use is the tool-free felt change which can be completed in seconds.
The MHS Basic Bread Slicer also has a cover with safety switching in the input area. It also can have a safety light barrier in place of the cover (optional). Additionally to improve health and safety, it is tested to ensure safety (GS-tested). SB variant is also optional.

Due to the outsourced drive system, dust and cutting oil are prevented from entering the drive area. Moreover, easy accessibility and the smooth surfaces, along with oiling without and oil pump, allow for shorter cleaning time.
Furthermore, the stainless steel cutting frames are easy to remove, and also dishwasher safe. Whilst, the necessary covers are equally removable, with ease due to not requiring tools to do so. Therefore, facilitating the cleaning process with ease. Simultaneously, asides from time, energy is also saved due to stand by mode.
