Deighton AF25 Ascoli Flavasava Ham Boiler Cooker

Ascoli AF25 ham boiler is part of the Flavasava range of water cookers.

Capable of holding up to 4 hams at one time the AF25 ham boiler has a capacity of 60 litres.

This table top model water cooker is ideal for the butchers who require a ham boiler but are limited for space.

The Ascoli boiler can cook a variety of meat products all at the same time by using cooking bags, which keep the products separate allowing you to use the machine for a greater product range.
