The Frimaq Belt Fed Vacuum Packer is an automatic process, which creates a vacuum to the bag with your product inside to hermetically seal it.

The Frimaq Tunnel is capable of vacuum packaging any product type in varying sizes.

The adjustable screen allows the product user to be in full control of the Vacuum Packer. The side doors also allow the user easy access to maintain the machine.

The Frimaq models have been designed to allow special double sealing for products such as fat, blood, water to prevent the product from leaking.

The speed adjustable conveyor belt can be easily cleaned, making it suitable for all food products as the highest level of hygiene can be achieved.

Frimaq MI Dip Tank Immersion Tank

The Frimaq Immersion Tank is a semi-automatic dip tank, shrinking packed products through hot water.

Can be supplied as Electric or Steam Machine 

Frimaq MI Dip Tank Immersion Tank is CE certified manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel.

Ideal machine for shrinking film around products

The chamber of the dip tank is filled with hot water and an automatic shelf which allows you to place your products and then the shelf which moves up and down dipping your product into the heated water shrinking the film around your product.

Frimaq Dip Tanks uses hot water to shrink excess packaging on meat, fish, vegetables and cheeses. 

We can also supply with this dip tank a  vacuum packing machine which can automate the whole process, the dip tank creates a second skin protection layer for your product.

This allows the product user greater time to produce their products as the Immersion Tank is easy to clean and maintain.

The water tank on the Immersion Tank ranges from 100 litres to 120 litres with an adjustable immersion time.

Frimaq Immersion Dip Tank is equipped with wheels allowing the tank to be easily transported into various areas of your factory.

The Frimaq Skin Sealing Packaging range is the perfect option for both small production outputs and large outputs. The Frimaq Skin Packaging is suitable for a range of trays including cardboard trays, meeting all production needs. 

The Frimaq Skin Packaging are perfect for manufacturers and processors in a range of industries such as meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, bakery products and many more products.

The Heat Sealing machine is an automatic process, this helps reduce labour costs while boosting productivity and efficiency of your production process.

The Frimaq skin packaging allows your product which is placed on a tray to be coated with film creating a bond to protect and secure your packaged products.

To create this seal the film is pulled by 2 synchronised motors. For further safety to the machine user, the machine automatically moves the trays along the machine through the stainless rods and chains. 

The TSA-626 has a throughput of 400-800 trays /hour while the TSA-826 has a throughput of 600-1200 trays/hour depending on your specific production requirements.

The colour touchscreen 5.7" control panel allows ease of use alongside full control for the machine user.

Vacuum is produced by mbars and time, or both mbars and time.

The mould of for the Frimaq Skin Sealer is adaptable for your specific products, the rings can also be replaced to ensure the tray is adapted to your specific requirements.

There are a range of skin options for both TSA-626 and TSA-828 including, Skin +0, Skin +20, Skin +60 and Skin +60 TS.
