HFM can supply you with a wide range of Deighton Machinery, from full frying line to Deighton Burger Formers including the Deighton R4000. The R4000 is capable of forming a wide range of products including meat, fish, poultry, bakery goods, ready meals, baby food, vegetables and pet food.

The Deighton Formatic is the ideal machine for a range of manufactures or factories such as butchers, supermarkets, fishmongers, poultry industry, bakeries and many more food industry manufactures. 

The Burger Former is suitable to produce products for a range of textures and consistencies. The synchronised paddles gently press the mixture into the desired shape, the wire scrapper then assists the product to be ejected onto the conveyor belt.

The Deighton R4000 can be supplied with a range of drums to form burgers, meat balls, bakery products (cookies, gingerbread etc.), chicken nuggets and a range of other products in various sizes. 

A spiral camera is located inside the drums, allowing the product user to adjust the thickness of the product to your desired width. The R4000 is supplied with the standard conveyor belt but can be extended to the 750mm conveyor belt depending on your spatial and business needs.

HFM can offer you a range of additional extras to add onto your Deighton R4000 including paper interleaving, a foot pedal, trolley and a variable speed conveyor to boost productivity and reduce labour costs.

The Deighton Formatic is supplied with a standard 18 litre hopper, HFM can supply you hoppers up to 200 litres depending on your production requirements.

The Deighton R series is capable of forming up to 120 mm diameter products and is available in a range of speeds from 1200 to 4000 revolutions per hour. 

The R4000 is easy to clean and maintain, this further allows you to boost your productivity and reduce labour costs.
