Apple MR150
Apple MR 150 Depositor is a portable machine suitable for depositing a variety of products in many industries. The MR 150 is fitted with a standard product cylinder giving a weight range of 2-150 ml. The weight control takes only a matter of seconds to adjust. The machine is available with a standard 14 litre or 28 litre conical hopper, however common hoppers with multiple outlets can be supplied (for multi lane systems). An intermediate height stand can be supplied for use with the flexible handgun outlet. A total of 250 mm of height adjustment is available when the unit is fitted to the telescopic Stand.
The MR150 incorporates full safety interlock and can be switched or adapted to accept remote electrical or pneumatic signals. A wide range of outlets are available for many product applications.
Apple MR150 series depositor is probably the most versatile machine of its kind and was specifically designed for small, accurate deposits ranging from 2-150ml per cycle. An attractive feature of this machine is that it can be adapted to draw materials from various floor level containers or mixing bowls, for example: Batters, pizza Sauces, Quiche Fillings, Yogurt and Un-whipped Cream, Viscous and semi-solid materials such as Fruit Fillings, Chocolate, Bolognese Sauces and Jams would require a gravity fed hopper.

Apple MR900
The MR900 series depositor is pneumatically operated and can be supplied with several different sizes of product cylinders.
The machine shown is fitted with telescopic pipe work as standard allowing the outlet nozzle to be easily positioned exactly where required working with indexing or magic eye conveyors.
The MR900 series depositor is pneumatically operated and can be supplied with four sizes of product cylinder. This provides an accurate depositing weight range of 20-1250 g, up to 60 cycles per minute. The machine is extremely robust and is designed to withstand the most demanding conditions with the minimum maintenance. ‘Lubrication free’ pneumatic components can be fitted as an option.

Apple MR900 Low Level Depositor
Simplicity is the main feature of the Apple MR900 low level Depositor, allowing unskilled operators to easily strip down the machine for cleaning and product change overs.
Deposit volume and speed controls can be adjusted in seconds. The MR900 series depositor is pneumatically operated and can be supplied with four sizes of product cylinder. This provides an accurate depositing weight range of 20-1250g, up to 60 cycles per minute.
The machine is extremely robust and is designed to withstand the most demanding conditions with the minimum maintenance. ‘Lubrication free’ pneumatic components can be fitted as an option. The machine shown is fitted with telescopic pipe work as standard allowing the outlet nozzle to be easily positioned exactly were required.
The MR900 depositor can also be mounted on a fixed height stand, a mobile telescopic stand or arranged in a multi-lane configuration upon a height adjustable cantilever frame. Many types of outlet can be supplied, for example: G.P. Outlets for liquids and solids in suspension, Suck-back Outlets fitted with special heads for cake decoration, Rotary spreader outlets to provide full cover spread of material within trays.

Apple MD65 Micro Depositor
The Apple MD65 series Micro Depositor was designed to compliment the existing range of Apple depositors, particularly to offer unbelievable accuracy over a small deposit range and provide a speed uncommon in most volumetric filling machines. A cycle rate of up to 90 cycles per minute is possible.
The Apple MD65 Micro Depositors typical products range from smooth sauces and homogenised creams top articulate materials like Vol au Vent fillings and sweet mincemeats. Accuracy of within 0.2g is common on most materials. Reliability in demanding operating conditions is guaranteed due to robust design, full pneumatic operation and total stainless-steel construction.
The machine is available in any configuration from 2 lanes, up to 20 lanes and each individual unit locates within machined stainless-steel front and rear bulkhead plates. The inner valve is machined from acid resistant Waukesha stainless steel.
Its robust design makes it very reliable in demanding operating conditions.
The Apple MD65 series Micro Depositor is available with two sizes of product cylinder. The 25mm bore product cylinder provides a weight range of 1-35g and the 32mm bore product cylinder provides a range of 1-65g.
The individual modules can easily be stripped for hygiene purposes via the spring loaded quick release levers located on top of the product cylinders.
In both cases the weight control can be adjusted in seconds. Inlet and outlet ports of 12mm allow materials containing particulates in suspension of up to 5mm to be successfully deposited.
DECORATING HEADS
Stainless Steel decorating heads incorporating plain tubes or star tubes can be manufactured to deposit a unique and individual finish to savoury products, cakes and Gateaux. Food quality nylon decorating heads can also be manufactured, creating a wider diversity of unique patterns and even more complex decorating options.
