WB Busser Industrial Washing Machine WB 505 is an industrial sized washing machine for cleaning - Boxes, Baking Trays, Pallets and Crates.

This optimal and cost effective cleaning system is programmed with a number of cleaning modules from Pre-washing, Main washing, Brine washing, Acid washing, Post and between flushing, Vaporisation, Label removal, Drying and deflation. 

Washing Machine WB501 JumboLux

This large industrial washing machine is used for cleaning pallet-box, vats, trolleys. This cost effective and long durance machine is used for cleaning pallet boxes that are loaded by forklifts.

Conveyor belt system fitted with automatic discharge that empties the boxes into a collecting channel and then pumped back into the washing machine.

Stacking of Pallets

- First pallet-box is pulled onto the stacking aid via a slope

- Second pallet-box fits into the first

- Third pallet - box serves as a lid.
