Cook & Chill Pasta & Rice Process Line
This 3 step process cooker makes the production of ready meals easy.
Step 1 : Cooking - The product is placed in the hot water and is cooked. Once the product has finished cooking it is lifted if the cooking basket and drained ready for the next step.
Step 2 : Cooling - The cooked product is then placed in cooling vat where product temperature is reduced, the cooling time is less than 5 minutes. The product is continually moved around to maintain the best result.
Step 3 : Storage - The now chilled product is then moved into an insulated trolley and stored and can down be placed in a cooled environment ready for use.
Suitable for restaurants, big kitchens, school kitchens and many more. Available in gas, steam and electric versions.
Suitable of preparing from 100 to 500 litres per hour.
