The Convotherm 4 Floor Standing EasyTouch 20.20 Combination Oven can cook various different foods on its 20+ shelves. From Ready Meals, Mash Potato, Meat, Fish, Poultry, Petfoods and Baked Goods. This easy to use Convection Oven is perfect for large food production.
Available in Gas and Electric Fuel Types - EB - Electric Boiler, ES - Electric Spritzer, GB - Gas Boiler and GS - Gas Spritzer. The Boiler options generate steam through the boiler, Spritzer generates the steam though injecting water in the oven.
The 20.20 is larger in size than the 20.10 with the same load capacity of 20 trays however a larger tray size of 2/1GN.
