Convotherm 4 Floor Standing EasyDial 20.20 Combination Oven can cook various different foods. Equipped with 20+ shelves it can cook food from Ready Meals, Meat, Fish, Poultry and Baked Goods. This is a very versatile and easy to use Convection Oven that uses Dial User Interface to select the cooking options.

Available in Gas and Electric Fuel Types - EB - Electric Boiler, ES - Electric Spritzer, GB - Gas Boiler and GS - Gas Spritzer. The Boiler options generate steam through the boiler, Spritzer generates the steam though injecting water in the oven.

The 20.20 is larger in size than the 20.10 with the same load capacity of 20 trays however a larger tray size of 2/1GN.
