MILANO SLICER

The MILANO slicers for salamis, sausages and similar products can cut sausages, cheeses and both meat and fish products at rates of 10 to 75 slices per minute. The ideal slicing temperature is from -2°C to +5°C. The width of the slices can be from 0.2mm to a maximum of 7mm as desired and thanks to the convenient automated adjustment of the slices on the conveyor using the control panel, it is possible to modify the arrangement of the slices into offset or stacked groups.

SECTOR SIMPLEX

SECTOR SIMPLEX range of multiblade slicers can in a single four second cycle, cut entire pieces of fish, poultry and meat into slices of equal width, eliminating nearly all waste. Our machines can rapidly slice seafood salads, squid rings, cuttlefish, squid, octopus, beef, poultry and fish steaks with a notable saving in time and costs. The width of the slices can be set from 6 to 50 mm by simply and easily replacing the blade die. The SECTOR SIMPLEX range is manufactured entirely from AISI 304 bacteria resistant stainless steel, fitted with protective equipment for maximum safety, and are so easy to use they can be operated by non-specialist personnel. The areas that come into contact with food are easily inspected and cleaned, supporting a full washdown of the machine as required by EU and US laws. The machines can be fitted with an optional internal pressure washer. Our SECTOR SIMPLEX slicers therefore provide high productivity with reduced labour requirements, cutting both production time and costs.

SECTORMATIC

SECTORMATIC automatic multiblade slicers can cut identical slices of turkey rump, fresh meat, pork belly, tripe, cooked products and more. The sliced product remains compact, allowing even a single pre-sliced item to be packaged. The machines can be inserted into any production line, without any additional labour cost, and are supplied complete with both input and output conveyor belts. For continuous cycle production, our machines can be linked to heat formers or any other kind of packaging / conveying system, notably reducing production costs. The width of the slices can be set by simply replacing the blade die. CRM AUTOMATIC MINCED MEAT PORTIONING LINE

The CRM automatic minced meat portioning line efficiently prepares trays with pre-defined portions of perfectly ground mincemeat. The CRM grinding machine ensures perfect beef, pork and chicken minced meat. The minced meat is cut by a guillotine blade operated by a reflection photocell that determines its length and weight. A conveyor belt transports the meat to the trays in perfect synchronisation with the transfer conveyor system and the tray denester. Thanks to the tray denester the CRM automatic minced meat portioning system is a completely autonomous industrial solution. The system is compatible with all types of plastic, polyethylene or polystyrene trays, which can be easily interchanged. It can be connected to a sealing machine. It complies with hygiene criteria in continuous operation. The line is controlled by a single operator via an electronic control panel. CRM automatic minced meat portioning line complies with EC regulations.

ELECTRIC DEPOSITING LINE FOR MINCED PRODUCTS

This machine is designed to select and deposit trays onto single or multiple transfer conveyors, entirely automatically. It can be used in combination with all CRM products, or those by other manufacturers. The transfer conveyors have adjustable lengths.

Key features of this machine are: Easy changing of the forms. This can be done without dismantling any part of the machine, using only quick and simple adjustments. The range also supports different tray heights using an adjustable system, designed by CRM to be equally easy to use by all operators. The Intelligent Slicer uses a two-dimensional measurement of irregular meats, allowing an analytical calculation to be carried out by the incorporated software. This then allows the product to be sliced to the desired thickness and length through the horizontal cutting mechanism. 

Due to the software incorporated into the machine is allow high precision horizontal slicing with a weight error of less than 3%. 

The touch screen system allows the product user ease of control over the cutting parameter. The use of the module belt ensures a long service life to the product user, minimising product maintenance. 

The Hiwell Intelligent Slicer has CE approved safety protection device while adopting SIEMENS electrical parts with HACCP standards. 

The Intelligent Slicer is manufactured from 304 stainless steel and engineering plastics. This allows greater productivity as the product user can spend greater time in production rather than maintaining and cleaning the slicer.

The MHS 3200/4000 is powerful and ideal for Dicing, Slicing, Shredding a wide range of products. Both Multi-Purpose Dicers, MHS 3200 and MHS 4000 are perfect for the food production industry.

Due to the feeding hopper having a volume of 220L, it has the capability of maintaining continuous operation. Additionally, the lateral pre-compression ensures that the product is compressed in an optimum way, and at a quality standard. 

The MHS 3200/4000 fresh meat dicers are an all parameter pieces of machinery as cutting grid drive, blade speed, or pre-compression, are all adjustable via electronic control.

Productivity:

The MHS 3200 allows for a production of up to 3200 kg/h, and the MHS 4000 can sustain up to 4000 kg/h. The models are capable of Up to 1400 cuts/minute. Whilst also having an automatic mode that can help promote productivity.

They possess a huge chamber with dimensions of 220 x 620 mm and accordingly 250 x 620 mm. As well as a funnel with 220/250 litre capacity. Along with an outfeed conveyor belt for product removal in 200 liter trolley (optionally available)

Handling:

The handling of the machines comprise of fully automatic processing of meat products with integrated input and output, along with automatic pre-preparation of product through the use of a working horizontal blade, and also including lateral pre-compression. 

Equally, due to the huge filling chambers of 620 x 220 x 120 mm (MHS 3200) and 620 x 250 x 150 mm (MHS 4000). There is less preparation time required, which allows for increased efficiency.

The machines have lateral pre-compression along with adjustable longitudinal pre-compression. They equally allow for speed control for slice-cut blade. The MHS Compact slicer is versatile, powerful and compact, whilst also having a small footprint.

With this Compact slicer you can cut a range of items from sausages, bacon, cheese to cooked formed meat and poultry products.

This machine has a motor for both, the blade and blade head. Allowing for the cutting ratio to be adapted to suit the specific needs for each product individually.

Due to the compact machine design, and touchscreen there is an increased ease of use and fast operation. Whilst the circular blade accounts for the highest quality cut.

The MHS Compact Slicer has a wide infeed cross section of 300 x 150 mm, with a slicing speed of up to 400 rpm.

Numerous functions such as shingling, endless shingling, stacking and staggered stacking are also encompassed in this model. Therefore, creating excellent slicing results through the adaptability of the cutting ratio. The adjustable side lay and cutting frame also help ensure optimal position of the product.

Slices can be fresh or chilled (up to -4°C): sausages, salami, cheese, ham, bacon, meat.

Minimum end piece. The ability to slice almost all products  without conversion. The intuitive, and easy to understand operation of the machine with programming assistant. Low maintenance design, alongside tool-less conversion of the cutting frame, gripper and down holder.
