Rational iCombi Classic Oven

The Rational iCombi Classic is an effective, efficient, easy to use oven replacing multiple conventional cooking appliances in your facility.

The Ratonal iCombi can bake, blanch, grill, steam, poach, stew or roast a range of products including, meat, poultry, fish, egg dishes, fruit, vegetables baked items and desserts. 

With the incorporated ClimaPlus, ensuring your products are individually, uniformly cooked through the fresh steam generator, individual cooking cabinet, humidification system, multiple fan wheels. Ensuring energy is transferred to your products accurately while using up to 10% less energy and water. 

The product user has full control over the iCombi Classic, with recognisable symbols and a dial push function. Manufactured to allow you to individually save up to 100 cooking programs and incorporated with the steam mode with hygienically regulation producing fresh hygienic steam in 10% stages.

Convection mode allows the air circulation speed to be adjust, alongside the reserve capacity providing enough air to cook a range of products including bakery goods.

The combination mode, consisting of both steam and convection heat allows short cooking time and reduces shrinkage of your products providing you a greater yield.

Rational iCombi Classic helps boost your productivity levels through the automatic cleaning mode, determining the cleaning stage at day or night. All cleaning stages in the iCombi Classic are easy to select and quick to perform, ensuring your iCombi is always hygienic and clean.

Rational iCombi Pro Oven

The Rational iCombi Pro is an intelligent oven which remembers the previous products cooked, dynamically responding to your specific requirements.

The Ratonal iCombi Pro can bake, blanch, grill, steam, poach, stew or roast a range of products including, meat, poultry, fish, egg dishes, fruit, vegetables baked items and desserts.

The intelligent design of the iCombi Pro automatically adjusts the settings to ensure it produces your desired result giving you the freedom to work on other areas of your production.

The integrated iDensityControl generates up to 50% more productivity in a shorter time (up to 10% shorter). This is achieved through the air circulation and humidification programs incorporated into the iCombi Pro. 

iCookingSuite allows you to achieve the perfect product regardless of the quantity by continuously checking the condition of your product. The Ration iCombi Pro will automatically adjust the temperature depending on the cooking progress of your product.

Producing more than 1 product at the same time can be stressful, but not with the iProductionManager manufactured in the iCombi Pro. When cooking a range of products simply place the product on display and the oven will show what else can be cooked at the same time.

The iCombi Pro can cleans itself in approximately 12 minutes, allowing you to cook your next product without transferring any flavour or smells from your previous product. The iCareSystem detects the level of cleaning required and can even clean overnight saving time on cleaning.

The Apple transfer pump is built to the same high standards as our proven range of depositors.

The Apple MR900 low level easy fill Depositor is ideal for depositing the following products: Batters, Creamed Potato, Custard, Sponge Mixes, Creams, Grease, Sauces, Soups, Ready Meals, Jelly, Chocolate Fondant, Syrups, Yogurt, Mayonnaise, Oils, Butter, Paste and many other products.

Key Features

Constructed throughout in 316 grade stainless steel. Fully pneumatic in operation complete with 89mm bore product cylinder giving a capacity of 1.25 litres per cycle at a maximum speed of 30 cycles per minute. Available in three different configurations allowing the user absolute versatility.

Delicate food products are no problem for the Meterite transfer pump due to the large ported rotary “D” valve which allows products to flow totally unrestricted. Picture shows the

Meterite transfer pump mounted on a floor level stand supplying product held in a fully mobile holding tank feeding directly to a MR900 depositor.

Technical Information

The Meterite transfer pump is designed to transfer a wide variety of thin or viscous food product materials with temperatures ranging from 5º - 100º Celsius safely and easily.

When fitted below an integral 250 litre capacity holding tank and fully mobile support frame, this allows the operator the advantage of taking the transfer pump to the product source, for example, mixing bowls, holding vessels or cooking kettles.

The transfer pump can then be moved safely back into the production area ready to supply production line depositors on demand which is usually by means of a Auto float level, high/low level probes or indeed ultrasonic detection thereby, enabling a simple but effective method of auto fill on demand, accordingly, hot materials particularly are therefore handled safely and hygienically.

W.E. depositing machines have been developed in order to deliver precise doses of liquids even those which contain suspended semi solids. 

The W.E. depositors range can accurately, as well as repeatedly, dose from 5ml up to an impressive 5,300ml with typical variance of less than 1%.

These machines are fully pneumatic in operation and the requirement therefore there is no requirement for electrical supplies in wet areas.

Applications include a variety of products such as; oil/vinegar based dressings, soups, sauces, ready meals, coleslaw, wet salads, yoghurt, hummus, cake batter, frosting, peanut butter, jam and much more.

The Deighton Cookie Forming machine is ideal for forming several goods within the bakery industry. The products it is capable of forming include cookies, flapjacks, gingerbread products, biscuits and various other products including 'sticky' products which are more difficult to handle.  

The Deighton Cookie Former is suited for a range of different textures and consistencies. The cookie former uses a synchronised paddle gently pressing the mixture into the required shape. The wire drum scraper assists the process then the product is formed and ejected onto the conveyor belt, allowing the user to package or process the product. 

Product Description:

The Deighton Former can be supplied with various drums and shapes, either plastic or aluminium. The spiral camera located inside the drum allows the user to adjust the thickness to your production requirements. This allows you to meet your individual business needs easily.  

The cookie former can be supplied with the standard conveyor belt or an extended 750mm conveyor belt. It can also be supplied with paper interleaving, a food pedal and a variable speed conveyor depending on your production requirements.

The cookie former has a standard 18 litre hopper attached, however HFM can supply various hoppers up to 200 litres to meet your product rate and needs.
