Scharfen TC11 Food Cutter

The Scharfen Food Cutter is a table top food cutter made of stainless steel.

The bowl knife assembly is driven by 2 separate motors at a constant speed of 14rpm.

When the machine is turned off the free wheel bearing makes the bowl turntable even when off which allows it to be cleaned easily and safely.

It has a powerful motor and all types of food can be cleanly cut and mixed at the same time in only a few seconds.
