Apple MR900 Depositor

The Apple MR900 depositor is pneumatically operated and can be supplied with four sizes of product cylinder.
This provides an accurate depositing weight range of 20 -1,250 g, up to 60 cycles per minute.
We can offer two different types of Apple Decorating Heads
Stainless Steel Decorating Head incorporates plain tubes or star tubes which can be manufactured to deposit a unique and individual finish to savoury products, cakes, gateaux and most bakery products.
Apple also supply food quality nylon decorating heads when manufactured they create a wider diversity of unique patterns and even more complex decorating options.

Apple MR2000 Depositor

Apple MR2000 Depositor is a precision built unit which operates through compressed air.
Each unit has the capability of depositing between 100–2,000 ml per cycle, ensuring a high degree of accuracy producing superb results.
The MR2000 depositor is a versatile machine designed to be simple and efficient in operation with minimal moving parts in contact with the product. Cleaning time is kept at a minimum and routine maintenance is suitable for semi-skilled operators.

Apple MR150 Depositor

Apple MR150 Depositor is fitted with a standard product cylinder giving a weight range of 2-150 ml. The weight control is easily adjusted in seconds.
The machine is available with a standard 14 litre or 28 litre conical hopper, however common hoppers with multiple outlets can be supplied (for multi lane systems).
A total of 250 mm of height adjustment is available when the unit is fitted to the telescopic stand. An intermediate height stand can be supplied for use with a flexible handgun.

Apple MD65 Depositor

Apple MD65 series Micro Depositor was designed to complement the existing range of Apple depositors, particularly to offer accuracy over a small deposit range and provide a speed uncommon in most volumetric filling machines.

One of the attractive features of the multi-pitch tray indexing track is the ability to process trays with varying insert configurations.
The indexing pitch required is simply programmed into the operator interface panel built into the main control panel. Once each tray configuration is programmed, the program is then saved into the menu selection screen within the operator panel for future use
The tray indexing track can provide an indexing rate of up to 30 indexes per minute which, if processing a six across tray configuration creates an impressive 180 products per minute.

Key Features

Constructed throughout in 316 grade stainless steel. Fully pneumatic in operation complete with 89mm bore product cylinder giving a capacity of 1.25 litres per cycle at a maximum speed of 30 cycles per minute. Available in three different configurations allowing the user absolute versatility.

Delicate food products are no problem for the Meterite transfer pump due to the large ported rotary “D” valve which allows products to flow totally unrestricted. Picture shows the

Technical Information

The Meterite transfer pump is designed to transfer a wide variety of thin or viscous food product materials with temperatures ranging from 5º - 100º Celsius safely and easily.

When fitted below an integral 250 litre capacity holding tank and fully mobile support frame, this allows the operator the advantage of taking the transfer pump to the product source, for example, mixing bowls, holding vessels or cooking kettles.

The transfer pump can then be moved safely back into the production area ready to supply production line depositors on demand which is usually by means of a Auto float level, high/low level probes or indeed ultrasonic detection thereby, enabling a simple but effective method of auto fill on demand, accordingly, hot materials particularly are therefore handled safely and hygienically.
