The Deighton Flattening Machine is the ideal machine to produce gourmet burgers, ideal for a range of manufactures and facilitates such as restaurants, butchers, supermarkets and many more. 

Product Description:

The Deighton Flattening machine has an adjustable belt speed to allow interfacing with the Deighton formatic range. The machine also has release belt material, this helps ensure there is minimum damage to the product helping reduce wastage and time spent fixing the product. 

The thickness of the product differs depending on the specific needs of the production requirements. The height adjustable top belt allows this to occur, ensuring your specific needs are met by the Deighton Flattening System.

The Deighton machine is constructed out of stainless steel allowing easy maintenance of the product. This allows the user more time producing the product than maintaining the machine. The quick release belts and dual belt scrapers also aids the increased productivity and reduction of cleaning the machinery.

All controls are sealed to IP65, ensuring they are dust tight and protected against powerful jets of water.
