Siat BeeWrap is the Advanced Semi-Automatic Robot Wrapper.

Siat BeeWrap is the mobile wrapping machine for palletised loads suitable for every shape, dimension and weight using stretch film.

It is provided with a digital control panel that allows, in a very easy and functional way, the programs management and the wrapping parameters set-up.

New Control Panel

Siat BeeWrap is equipped with a new control panel in order to pursue the same family feeling with the last product of the wrapping range: OneWrap.

The new modern design of the control panel offers at a glance the complete control of the wrapping cycle parameters.

It is possible to store up to 10 different programs avoiding human mistakes and saving time.

Moreover, the control panel can be locked improving safety standards.

The control panel is divided in 4 main areas:

- working mode section to set single or double wrapping mode

- parameters setting section

- interactive section to get messages, to give inputs and to manage some manual features

- power section equipped with start – stop – homing keys, power switch and emergency stop

Siat F44 Fully Automatic Case Erector. 

Suitable for a variety of applications within many sectors 

The automatic case erectors F44, with storage boxes in line, is designed to form and at a later stage to seal with adhesive tape the bottom flaps of boxes, ready then to be filled, with a variable output up to 480 boxes/hour according to box dimensions. Machine adjustments are simple and fast.

F44 model is easy to operate and built in accordance with CE safety standards

Siat OneWrap is a semi-automatic machine for wrapping palletised loads with stretch film.

It can be equipped with mechanical and electromagnetic brake (EM / M / FM) or mechanical and powered pre-stretch carriages (SM – 90% / LP – 240%).

New Control Panel
It has been designed a sleek and modern control panel with understandable icons.

OneWrap can be programmed with 10 different programs, allowing consistent wrapping cycle for a given product.
